Amendment of terms:

These Terms are subject to change at any time, and effective upon posting on the website. It is advised you check back regularly in the case of any amendments.

Information security:

The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we take the steps required by law to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of

your data transmitted to the Website; any transmission is at your own risk.

Order Amendment and Cancellation:

Once you have submitted your Request, you may change or cancel your Order up to 48 hours before the start of the booking window. If you wish to change or cancel your order, you may contact us via phone on 07533198113 or email on resetvaleting@gmail.com

For cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking window, you are liable for a 50% charge of the original booking fee (if a deposit has been paid this will be 50% of the remaining balance). If a downgrade is asked

within the 48 hour window (eg: a full valet to just an exterior wash) you will be liable for a 25% charge on the difference in price.

To make the booking process simple and to secure your slot, deposits are required. This is done through our booking system. The difference is paid upon completion of the work carried out. This can be paid in cash, card or invoice. Deposits are required for all new customers. 

Service Delivery:

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure your vehicle is in a reasonable condition by removing excess items from the interior and boot area. Either remove all your personal belongings, or put them in a bag away from rubbish that we will clear. Items that may resemble rubbish could be considered disposable and, therefore, removed. We will not be held responsible in such a situation.

Timings:

Estimated times of arrival and Service completion may be provided, these are only estimates. We do not guarantee that bookings will be started or completed within the estimated times.

Cancellation due to Weather:

Reset Valeting carries out valet services all year round, on some occasions, the weather prevents us from pursuing our duties. If no sheltered work area is available, bad weather may regrettably force us to cancel. We will contact you by phone or email to confirm the cancellation and to re-schedule a more suitable appointment at no cost. If you want to reschedule your service due to weather please get in touch within 24 hours minimum.

Engine Cleaning:

Reset Valeting will take no responsibility for any damage caused by washing an engine compartment and will be spoken about before work is carried out. Engine bay cleaning is a great way to make it easier for any mechanical work to be carried out.

Upon completion:

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that valeting services are carried out to the highest standard and to the best of our ability, customers are requested to check the vehicle on completion before providing confirmation of approval that work has been carried out to the standard and specification described. If there is any cause for dissatisfaction, customers are asked to point out the discrepancy to a member of our team, who will endeavour to correct it at that time and to the best of their ability. No responsibility can be accepted by

the company for omissions/discrepancies detected after our team has left the customers premises.

Surcharge:

**PLEASE NOTE** Reset Valeting reserves the right to adjust the price quotation subject to inspection of the vehicle. Excessively dirty cars may incur a surcharge. If a car is deemed too dirty a deep clean will be suggested at a price and time discussed with you.

Payment:

We accept cash, contactless payments or through secure links. We take a deposit for all services and the remaining balance to be paid upon the completion of work. Deposits are non-refundable.

You are permitted to use the Website for your own personal non-commercial use on the

following basis:

• You must not misuse the Website by or attempt to hack it in any way

• The copyright and other intellectual property rights (such as text, graphics, data,

graphics, HTML, videos, images and other content) in the Platform and in material

published on it are owned by us or our licensors. These works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world and all rights are reserved. Any use of such material from the Website is prohibited unless with prior consent.

• In order to use any of the materials on the Website or the Website itself for

for commercial purposes, you will require a licence from us.

• You must not modify the digital or paper copies of any materials that you print off and you must not use any pictures, photographs or any other graphics, video or audio sequences separately from any accompanying text.

• In the case of any use, our status as the author of the material should always be acknowledged. 

Reservation of rights:

Any rights not expressly granted in these Website Terms are reserved.

Liability:

Nothing in these Website Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. 

Nothing in these Website Terms affects your statutory rights.
